We're currently offering early access to all plans. Contact us or sign up to get started — Pro for individuals, Team for engineering groups, or Enterprise for larger organisations.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We plan to accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers will also have the option to pay by invoice. Billing infrastructure is under development — contact us for current access options.
SSO with SAML is planned for the Enterprise plan and is currently under development. Contact our team to discuss your identity provider requirements.

Yes. Pro users can export session data in CSV format. Team users get CSV and JSON exports. Enterprise users have full API access for data export along with CSV and JSON. We believe your data belongs to you.
Annual billing gives you a 25% discount compared to monthly pricing. You are billed once per year and can cancel at any time. If you cancel, you retain access for the remainder of your annual term.
The Team plan is $20 per user per month, or $15/user/month billed annually (25% discount). Add or remove users at any time — your bill adjusts automatically. There's no minimum or maximum team size. Enterprise plans offer custom pricing for large organisations.
When you cancel, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account is deactivated. Your data is retained for 90 days, during which you can reactivate your subscription or export your data.
